First, we shop for locally grown sweet potatoes at Farmer's Market. Then, we choose the best sweet potatoes California growers have to offer. Next, we make the flakiest "melt in your mouth crust." Finally, we fill this with our rich, creamy, sweet potato pie filling! Delicious! Our exclusive family recipe comes to you from the Mississippi Delta city of Canton to the hands of Great Grandmother Clara, to Grandmother Amelia, to Mother Bettie, to Miranda, her daughter, and now to your table. Just like the women above, we always include the most important ingredient: Love.
